Even just a few minutes away from “Villa Paradise” you can book a fishing adventure with “Captain Scott” in the Gulf of Mexico, Charlotte Harbor and Pine Island Sound. The tours are suitable for the whole family.

Cape Coral a modern city

Cape Coral is located in the southwest of Florida directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The city was founded in the 1950s and is rightly known as the Venice of America. It is criss-crossed by over 650 km of artificial canals. Many of the water canals in Cape Coral have access to the Gulf of Mexico.
Cape Corel is a modern town with many luxurious villas with spacious outdoor areas, swimming pools and often their own jetty. The location of our vacation villas in Cape Coral is quiet and away from busy main roads. However, you can reach large shopping centers and supermarkets from all of our accommodations in just a few minutes by car. If you don't want to cater for yourself, there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from.

Cape Coral in the Sunshine State of Florida is famous for its great weather, palm and citrus trees and something is always in bloom here. The subtropical climate and the many beaches in and around Cape Coral promise beach fun all year round.
If you don't want to stay at the “Cape Coral Beach”, you can go to Lovers Key Beach or Fort Meyers Beach. Both beaches can be reached quickly and easily by car from our vacation villas. The offshore islands of Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island are great excursion destinations and are known for their miles of white sandy beaches.

The coastal town of Fort Myers is known for its famous avenues of palm trees and the beautifully restored turn-of-the-century business district. On Mac Gregor Boulevard in Fort Myers, you can visit the winter home of American inventor Edison, fully furnished as it was during his lifetime, complete with laboratory and botanical garden.

Spectacular water, light and music shows (indoor and outdoor) attract visitors to Waltzing Waters, south of Fort Myers. Homosassa Springs Nature World, near the Gulf of Mexico, offers visitors the opportunity to see 10,000 fish and marine mammals up close below sea level.
